Pros

28 days holiday, flexible working, employer pension contribution

Cons

Managers promote those in their likeness. Unfortunately this means a succession of self-serving imbeciles.

Pros

Great and flexible employee benefits Opportunities to work abroad, when there is a not a recruitment freeze Annual bonus available Ability to work remotely

Cons

Best people are not leading teams Claim not to be target driven, but this just is not the case A large organisation, this you can feel a little lost at times Restructure after restructure - will happen every 2 years, if not annually Regular freeze in costs resulting in a stop in recruitment and expenses
