Extremely flexible working hours and fellow co-workers are nice

Cons

More and more jobs are getting outsourced and people are starting to leave by themselves. Slowly but surely the center is shrinking and in few years it could potentially be closed

you have something to do for 8-12 hours a day, and most lower level co workers are awesome, pay is not terrible

Cons

no raises, small potential for growth, unrealistic sales goals, bad image on the media doesn't help, obnoxious customers.

I believe that we are open, dependable and connecting. Excellent environment and good communication for work, so obviously HSBC is “One Bank and One Team”

Cons

Recently we are fallen so tension about HSBC review in Bangladesh. But we are all try to give the best effort for reach and meet our individual and branch target.
