Pros

Its products, systems, experienced staff, business ethics, international presence.

Cons

There is total disconnect between upper management and lower. Overall employee satisfaction is very low since the last three years. Too many changes in a financial year and overall incentive is decreasing year by year.

Pros

The staff are a fantastic bunch of people to work with. The facilities are generally pretty good for a call centre with decent areas for relaxation at break times.

Cons

Sell sell sell. This is all that seems to matter nowadays. Bonuses are reducing year on year and even staff breaks are being reduced from 15 mins to 10

Pros

Benefits are on par with other banks (or slightly better). Hours are not too bad in general.

Cons

As the name calls, it is a bureaucratic workplace stuff with generation of 50-60s. People tend to stick with groups whom they know for ages, rather than accepting new comers in a welcoming open-minded manner. Reluctant to change. Government like culture i.e. people go to work just to prepare for their retirement. Not an exciting place for people who want stimulation. To be fair, it may also depends on your boss's mindset. If you get an open-minded boss, you are lucky. But luck just doesn't appear in every team.
