All are cons. Regarding BGV, FADV’s background verification team keeps delaying the process multiple times. They repeatedly send emails stating that the joining date has been postponed. Eventually, they postpone it by up to three months. They falsely claim that they didn’t receive the details from the previous company — even though the previous employer is a well-known MNC.
