Pros

as a financial institution and place to work overall , It's a lovely place to work , u will meet with lots of people from all over the world and will add to our experience

Cons

Management in Egypt is the worst you could deal with , they will tell u how much you should speak up and use the tools and channels to do but when u do it professionally and ask for anything which is your right they will start to discriminate you and put u in a and it's only in FST , adding to that zero work life balance and you wouldn't be compensated for any extra time you spend at work and wouldn't be appreciated

Pros

- Overall package is good (pensions, Bupa medical, Sharesave, small work perks - full-time is 35 hours, not 40 or 45 like other places can be. - Good work-life balance - You get what you put in

Cons

- Salary is low - Very manager dependent, I've had some managers micro-manage and pick on every stat and metric they can. But i've also had managers who let me get on with the work and i've been very successful here due to them. - Annual bonuses are mid, working hard will still give you a middle rating, so will doing the bare minimum, this needs to be reviewed.
