Pros

They use to pay Rs 250 for a forced working on Sundays.

Cons

They fire without any reason. They will give you a printed resignation letter and ask you to write in your own handwriting. With the warning that, you will not get experience letter, if you do not write. No compensation paid on forced layoff. I agreed to work for them with 1/4 of my salary. Still they fired, saying there is not work in the next 2 months. No firing time. In less than 10 min. All done. Security will escort you to exit door. It feels shameful to exit with security.

Pros

Great place to learn. Innovative and Technology centric onrganisation. Constantly changing and adaptive to industry

Cons

Poor Management. Too much of hiring and than firing. Too much of ambiguity, people get fired for no or silly reasons . Company is not able to manage its costs and hence removing people. Lot of politics to face sometimes more than work
