Pros

A huge company, lots of benefits e.g. healthcare, opportunities to move to other teams internally. Lots of nice people that make you want to come in to work everyday.

Cons

Severe lack of diversity at senior levels. No innovation, a place where hard work and talent isn't recognised, they love bringing in new and inexperienced people and adding layers of hierarchy, instead of promoting young talented BAME people. Layers of bureaucracy make it impossible to deliver anything, and internal politics and constant restructures make it a difficult place to actually own and deliver good work.

Pros

Resources, good technical hires, digital very much sponsored by c level, global reach, open to try new ways of working

Cons

Complexity, inefficiencies when hiring too many managers and too few doers, too heavily reliant on consultants for key work, some politics
