Pros

- Good team - Worklife balance - Mobility opportunities

Cons

- Too many ex-military male colleagues in one team. Very intimidating as a woman, alot of laddish culture that was not professional in a work environment

Pros

Good inter team collaboration Inter globe communication are quite easy and effective. You can grow as bank employee knowing business and if you have good performance easy to sustain in the company. Pay is average as per market standard

Cons

No job security. Bonus offered is a bait. The figures are good on papers to allure you to join. If you are lucky with reviews from all departments including HR you will get it else they may give any reason to not give the variable pay. The job is like a like a hanging sword on your neck. You have to be prepared for any bad news if you are a senior guy in the team. Experienced this after hearing from many coworkers. If you join dont expect good hikes. Also food is not good although being expensive.
