Pros

I met some great people but more negatives than positives

Cons

Bordering on a toxic environment, really poor with huge amounts of disillusionment and a high staff turnover. Overworked, underpaid, demanding leaders and business lines. Too much 'you scratch my back' to protect bonuses.

Pros

Flexible working, chance to interact with international colleagues

Cons

Unbelievable politics which always got in the way of getting anything done. Constant offshoring fear held deliberately over people’s heads. Disorganised and changing management structure due to political power battles, in cyber i had 6 line managers in one year!
