      Pros

      Multilingual, young work force and vibrant work environment. There's no traditional hierarchy within the company so team members can interact well with their team leaders and even VPs.

      Cons

      high turnover rate. it can get very busy during RSP season. during my work term there was a reorganization so the management didn't pay much attention to the wellbeing of the employees. heard it's changed since then.

      Excellent benefits, friendly management, fair compensation, time generously spent on quality training, opportunities for knowledge building and skills training available, good work environment.

      Cons

      Relatively high workload, not all managers effective, technical issues with workstations, wait time on acquiring necessary software applications was excessively long.
