Pros

Advantages are there and above average, as discussed earlier varied work culture and different skill sets. One will find employees ranging from graduates to chattered accountants. One can really explore different employment chances and scopes here. Good place to work and learn.

Cons

But seems the shine of this work culture is being covered up by the common apathy of employees across locations. Words like diplomacy and politics are sounding time and again. Employees seemed to be annoyed and frustrated with the politics and biased decision of the management. Came across few reviews to be precise 67 in a week and everyone have the same problem description in the reviews. No respect for employees, no value for employee’s loyalty and dedication, politics and application of double standards. Company adopts a kind of closed door policy.
