Pros

It has fantastic systems and processes. Lot of material for reading and enrichment of knowledge. Transfer policies are gd which allows mobility

Cons

The process has lot of duplicate work which can be removed. Lot of control from regional offices such as Hongkong. No care of subsidiaries holidays and regional festivals.
