      reputation; platform; international horizon; good start for new entrants to add the experiences in their resumes; less pressure but good welfware.

      Cons

      less respect to the employess; strong hierachy style; political fights are very common in the office and mid-high level management.

      I gained lots of experience in the finance and sales area. It is also a good way to know more people

      Long Work Hours. Work 6 days a week. The work target is kind of tough and hard.
