Pros

1. Exposure to global working community, cross cultures 2. Multitude of learning opportunities 3. Good practices and procedures 4. Industry average compensation

Cons

1. Discrimination in terms of benefits as GLT is deemed as a low cost center 2. Low end work is passed on. More of a code shop now. 3. Incompetent and inefficient senior management. 4. No opportunities for lateral movements as every senior manager is concerned about his own fiefdom. 5. Poor utilization of resource skill sets. More of 'use your body not brains' directives.

Pros

Work life balance is OK. Work pressure is not too much.

Cons

Compensation is less compared to other companies in town. There is no fairness in considering employees for a promotion and compensation.

Pros

Looks very good on your resume and it is an internaitonally recognized brand name in the financial service industry, especially in areas like corporate banking, trade services and payments and cash management.

Cons

No transparency, Management keeps changing and to create impact whatever the previous management did it is immediately put on hold and reassessed and a new initiative begins
