The organization suffers from noticeable gender bias in opportunities, recognition, and decision-making. Career growth does not always appear to be based on merit, and there is a visible pattern of favoritism influencing promotions. Workplace politics play a significant role in progression, with individuals who align closely with senior leadership advancing faster than those who focus purely on performance. In some cases, employees with limited domain knowledge or leadership capability are promoted, which impacts team morale and overall productivity
