      Pros

      Since the time the Deloitte acquired this org, there is nothing good left in this company to write about. founders vision seems to have been lost.

      Cons

      * Dirty politics is being played by top-level management, especially the president and those reporting to him. *People here don’t value emotions or human connections. * Instead of focusing on work, many people try to please others through flattery. * The president makes highly unpredictable and inconsistent decisions. * Many peers often take credit for others’ work. * The president fires people who don’t work on his terms and hires new ones based on his own definitions. * Spot award has become a joke * Promotions seem to favor personal connections rather than merit.
