      Lot to learn. Lots of opportunities

      Cons

      No proper structure among teams. Expectations from an employee in terms of work is not clear. High voltage projects. They expect too much from an employee in short span of time. Everyday single day is pressurising with so much of pending work ahead. No work life balance. Management wants to get more work done with less number of people in short span of time. Survival is difficult with such competitive environments

      -New techs -lots of opportunity to learn and lead -good for freshers

      Cons

      -bad work life balance -bad managers mostly female managers -less experience people are assigned as managers or leads, who are not at all experienced on basic things like how to communicate with team members. -forced on becoming fullstack engineers.

      -Allocation of projects depends on your proximity with the members of allocation team and they have end to end say in what projects to allot to whom -Zero transparency about open positions and good projects are reserved for those who are close to members of allocation team -Erratic opportunity distribution among employees
