      - Startup environment. Young crowd. Encourages learning - Fun is taken seriously - Free food - If you are someone who loves to socialize, things I have considered as cons here will be to your advantag

      You will be recognized more by your ability to socialise with some people close to management than whether you are actually doing your job well or not. EVERYTHING depends simply on whether you get along with some key people and be friendly or not.

      Thanks for your valuable feedback, but we would take a moment to disagree on your point that talks about socializing leading to favoritism. Would like to say that it's more of perception than reality. No one take away the credit of hard work and dedication and that is what takes a professional to move up the career ladder.

      Worst Project Management

      Pros

      No Pros at all. Work is of mostly support.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Working for 15 hrs per day every day. No weekend off for the past 2 months Managers overcommit to the client and then they put pressure on developers to deliver. Managers are not cooperative and very rude. Low Compensation
