      Nothing to be honest. Worst management!

      Management & leadership is worst They will make you into politician Delivery leaders and project managers show leadership by leading HR and non HR work all deserving ones will never get promotion.

      No pros at all here

      Cons

      They will provide a hell like environment , mentally they will torture you after that if you fail at hashedin they will fire you within one month , i don't know why people are not taking action against it, why people are even coming. They will put you in a hell situation or say you will be in depression for some time . I feel you must take some other company from your college.

      . Work life balance . Insurance and wifi reimbursements are separate from CTC . Around Rs.50000 annual reimbursement for almost all kind of equipments

      Cons

      . Don't have the separate office in Gurgaon as of now. . Cafeteria can be better. . No meals
