      Good Pay Better increments than other companies, yearly twice increments of approx 10% Good Projects

      Utilization Issues in projects due to which they cut the increments, even though do not have projects to offer to the employee. Lack of transparency in career change.

      There are some good projects. If you are lucky, you will be in a good team with good people to work with.

      Cons

      bloated middle management. there are scrum masters in the name of product owners, who don't know anything about the product. If you are in a bad project, getting out of it is time consuming.
