      Company perk and benefits are good. So many perks like well being, hybrid and bonus payout also good.

      Cons

      when it comes to project no projects. More benching time and allocation team will always screw you as it's our fault we are in bench. You will never get a project on the basis of your skillset So many politics

      office politics, if you have good bond with manger then promotions and good hikes otherwise same 5-8%, they aligned you to any project that is not related to your stack.
