      Good Leadership Good flexibility Good office culture Good growth opportunity

      Cons

      Lot of employees left because of incapable mid management Projects are not great, mostly non challenging Short time projects Process is in words, in reality you won't get time Incapable leads The company was great with great minds in 2016s and gradually all of them left and end with lot of people going out from company. The nid management won't solve any problems all they like is hearing an Yes except some managers. The great working people will be recognized rarely. People won't accept you if you debate for right, The team was great but didn't get a good opportunity ever.

      Ooops! We are disheartened to receive negative feedback from you but we totally understand that you are not happy with the appraisal results and this review is the outcome of that. We have a Career Advisor process and a well-defined Career Roadmap in place to nullify the politics and biases during the performance appraisals. We have a very scientific performance appraisal process to give timely feedback on strengths/weaknesses. We spend around 3-4 weeks to do the performance evaluation that too every 6 months, which means there is a lot of emphasis given to make sure that we do justice to all the hard work that employees put in. Looks like you are in HashedIn for quite a less time and so is the misconception that the performance rating depends solely on manager’s feedback which is not true. Do contact your Career advisor or the HR team to get more clarification on this. We all will always be there to hear you out. Thank You!
