      Greate work place with poor management and projects

      Good work environment Free food 4 times No strict timings WFH Startup culture

      Cons

      Project Allocation is pathetic Upper management is very busy They even outsource you to the client place The way projects are bidded are bad. They outsource one or two people to the existing client projects. Most of the people are freshers. Experienced people are nil. So you will find those issues in the projects.

Also, our team continually reviews the projects and thrives to get challenging projects. There are only very few projects where employees are working at the client location.
