      Pros

      Writing this review month since I left HI and joined some other organisation. 1) Thing I liked most about HI is HU. I experienced it both as trainee and trainer. It was an awesome experience being part of HU where you will get to learn so many things just in span of 1-2 months. 2) Freedom and ownership, these are the two things that any employee will like to have while working and HI provide this. 3) Awesome and approachable leadership team. 4) Free food 5) Fun - I think HI is too good at it. All thanks to Glucklich

      Cons

      There is nothing as major but to mention - Be little realistic about estimates during pre-sales. This will have negative impact on delivery team, as they have to work day and night for delivering on time.

      Good food good learning with good colleagues in good work culture (for full time people)

      Too much pressure on intern, I one month they will train you on 5 coding languages.

I am sure by now, you would have finished your training period (HashedIn University) and feeling good about knowing lot many things. We totally agree that there would be pressure during the training but we also make sure that there is fun and sports activities in between the sessions to relieve the stress. However, we welcome your feedback and ensure to make the HashedIn university sessions more fun and lively.
