Thank you for providing the feedback. I am sorry to hear that your experience was not what we strive for with all of our employees. I am surprised to see the review about not having transparency as we continuously work to improve the level of transparency surrounding important issues going on at HashedIn. We have implemented systems to gather continuous feedback and believe in radically honest feedback during our monthly open house and quarterly town halls. Transparency is a key focus of our entire organization and we strive to be as open and honest with our staff to share important information at the right times. Again, thank you for your feedback and we would like to know more about your feedback. Please feel free to get in touch with us at hr@hashedin.com.

Pros

There are no pros here.

Cons

1) Amateur non tech managers, who don't know anything about the tech work being done by developers, will judge you by their small brains. 2) Fresher Kids everywhere. And the ones who shouts and does any kind of bla bla the most is made team/tech lead later. Wow, just wow. 3)HR acts like school principal and eye balls you . Cant help it, when you have so many kids around you have to act that way. :D 4)Idiotic behavior by many managers. So Irresponsible that they will tell you they are busy with something and will not reply to you but on the same time u can find them playing dumsharat or chilling. 5)Forced training in the stack that you dont want to learn is another good thing in this company. 6) And oh the best thing, there is lot of politics, back biting and blame game in each and every project. You will understand soon.

Pros

Nothing to say much, but still nothing to say much.

Cons

They are all parasites in upper management and leadership doesnt even know what's happening to employees. Lets try to eloborate * HIRE & FIRE policy : Check LinkedIn statistics for employees who have been layed off in 2020, They will hire and wait for 2 - 3 months and force you to do work on some projects , you have no option either to work or leave but your career is hampered. Politics played from mid senior level. Partiality between Interns, Freshers and Laterals. Treat Laterals like slave by dogfeeding. Favoritism to old employees and restricts good projects only to them. Dont Join, I Repeat dont join unless you want to be a puppet in there hands. Variable pay is a big joke they give you huge amount of variable pay and fire you before distributing the amount so you will be not eligible and they hire another ppl.

Hi, thanks for making the effort to share your perspective though it is super negative. It sounds like you didn't have a good experience at Hashedin. No organization can always get everything right and ours is no different but we are constantly trying to learn and improve. People might appreciate hearing our perspective, so sharing it here: - Involuntary exits( which are very minimal) happen when someone is not able to perform or not meeting the band specifications/job expectations even after providing training and time to prove oneself. The right expectation is set and employees from the day of joining. - We have a standard evaluation process for everyone and there is no discrimination between freshers and laterals. In fact, there is no good reason to do that. You can get in touch with us at hr@hashedin.com if you would like to discuss and there is something that we can address.
