      It is a great company to work in if you are experienced .

      Cons

      Not a friendly environment Not a good company for freshers at all. Employers try to make you work even after hours Freshers are not trained by the company and they fire them if they do not perform good within a week

      Late night works, where they ask most of the teams to stay till 2 or 3pm, please hashedin don't deny for most of your project Pressure from management to get work done, they will say like do good on this project we will look for your promotions, but believe me there is no such promotion for you, the people who are always in lime light will get promotion, pathetic behaviour, and during appraisal they will fool you by saying you did well, I'm sure you'll get promotion next time, and you know that what is going to happen isn't it? Salary is very low as compared to other companies for same job role, Please don't consider coming here

      Sorry that your experience wasn't on par with most of our employees. We realize there are occasions where someone may have a challenge working at the organisation’s pace and get aligned with organisational culture and goals. However, we work diligently to mitigate those scenarios before they get too far. Especially the scenario that you are quoting cannot be a reality as we give an option to the employees to choose their projects between the projects unlike the general allocation process followed in corporates. The work environment here overall is very good based on the employee surveys we frequently conduct. Thank you for your feedback, we will continue to work towards the goal of eliminating experiences like yours as much as possible.
