Pros
1. Great leadership team. 2. Growing company. 3. Trains employee well. 4. Hard working and a great HR team.
Cons
Now lets look at the things which will not be visible to an outsider. 1. Allocation is poor. A lot of people are up on bench most of the time. 2. Work life balance is extreme, either you will have no work or have to toil for 10-14 hrs (expected by managers). 3. Although "Trains employee well but does not treat and pay them well". The market standards for the same amount of work is way higher than what is paid. But keeping monetary factors aside, it was because the company's culture which is the USP. But it seems it is fading away slowly. 4. Same bunch of people are trusted(including me) for varied number of things happening and in major project allocations. Other people should also be encouraged. 5. Some Managers expect you to work 10+ hr per day without considering your health or anything. They only want to PLEASE the client on the price of their team. 6. Lack of senior members in projects to guide the others.
