      1. very good mentoring seniors. 2. Hu Bootcamp is one of the best things the company offers to freshers. 3. tech width is huge so you can work on anything you want 4. best to get 1-2 years of Exp, you get the 5. Hike cycle is of 6 months

      1. Hu Bootcamp can get hectic so not for all 2. Hike Process can be improved 3. Service based company

As for the tiring HU bootcamp, we agree that it is intense since it aims at providing the best-in-class talent experience for Hashers by equipping them with hands-on knowledge of the latest technologies and instilling leadership qualities. When it comes to the hike process, we conduct detailed performance appraisal processes twice a year and we are one of the few organizations that has half-yearly appraisals (performance evaluations salary increment).
