Partiality , full nepotism ( till manager level ) .
They've managers , heads oppointed from family members , relatives and they are runing the projects and careers of employees ( I personally know many ) & even when the higher management knows about them . What else can you expect .
Most of the learned people have left the organisation and in process of leaving continuously day by day , so the pros of learning from technically sound people is also gone .
Apart from this you can also expect to cross path with a particular group , which is there just to trouble people . Most of the times this set of people do this school / college kids kind of activities of following girls , cooking up stories , connecting your names with other girl/boy . This is another annoying aspect , which might end up in fights if you strictly stand up against them.
There a process called RT , which is done to evaluate your work and decide promotion and hikes, which was always changing when I was there , every other month they change policies and this process. Anyways I found this process itself useless , because I know this secret as well that even before you fill your RT , it's decided what u'll be given , which depends on how much u r close to decision makers .
All you can expect from this organisation is , that you come and learn a specific thing if you want to and then leave without any expectations. That's all.
