1) No option to restructure salary [ Sodexo / PPF ,etc] 2) Related to pro number 2: They do provide a choice to choose projects but none of the available projects are interesting enough / challenging enough.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We offer if not the best in the industry salary at least more than many of the IT services companies with a half yearly variable pay as well. We also keep a check on the market standards and make the necessary corrections.
