- Friendly environment - Great learning opportunity - Regular trainings - The perks and other facilities provided here are better than many other organizations - Ability to take important responsibilities at a very early stage in one's career - Some very interesting projects from big name organizations

Cons

- Low salary for the hard work done - HR only cares for fun and not for "actual" employee benefits

Nice learning environment. Nice food and free kitchen. Nice culture and values. Nice leave and WFH options.

Cons

It could be better if salary would be little more. Nothing really to mention other cons . Office starts at 12.

Thanks for the open feedback on the compensation. To be honest, even I would like to have higher salary. Who wouldn't? ;) That said, we do splurge on team activities, company outings, gym, sports, etc to keep fun loving culture flowing. I personally wouldn't trade that for higher salary. There are some things money can't buy. BTW, we do the performance evaluation cycle every 6 months. So, if you are doing awesome, you can move up faster.
