      Pros

      Healthy development culture. People listen to what you say. You can get help anytime from anyone when stuck. You can ask for changes in your work or project if you are not feeling good about it. Flexible timings. Delicious home like food is served(breakfast , lunch, evening snacks and dinner) , other than that snacks is available anytime.

      Cons

      Till now i didn't find one , maybe it would have been better if the paycheck was higher than now.
