Pros
Pros can be only if you work from the company itself instead of going to a client location. It used to be a good place two years back. 1. They advertise their so called free food which you would loose once sent to client. So don't fall for it. 2. Flexible timing? Just go to client and you'll see.
Cons
1. Politics! Politics and politics. Company is full or favouritism where favourite employees are kep within the company , and everyone else is being sent to client location. And mind this thing, once they sent you at client location, all the perks are down to zero. They pay some incentive as a compensation but trust me, given the pressure, work load , travel time, no food, it's not even sufficient. 2. No care of employees once sent to client. Your feedback won't matter. And hashedin will continuously lie to you by saying they will do something but 0 efforts. 3. Salary is too low for freshers keeping in the view the amount of work they expect. Yoh can easily get 3x salary somewhere else if you do same work. 4. Now they are constantly hiring, and you won't even find proper place to sit. 5. Now they are moving to a new location which is the worst place to have a campus as that area is not good biologically. But still they don't care about employee's health. 5. Your colleagues will work just for 4 hours a day enjoying all the timing and food facilities at company , and you'll have to travel across bangalore and work for atleast 12 hours a day and that too without perks. And all they do it to pay soke incentive. Join this company at your own risk Better to go somewhere else and get paid more atleast. 6. Even on appraisals, they justa manipulate client location employee by saying he/she will get a better hike. But trust me , there's no diff in it.
