      Good environment for fresh grads but doesn't scale

      - Very good work life balance. - Decent Workplace environment. - International exposure with opportunities foe business trips. - Good opportunities for internal job rotation and upskilling.

      Cons

      - Extremely flat organizational structure leads to very limited opportunities for vertical growth. - Lack of mentorship and ownership of career development from leadership. - Compensation packages and annual raises especially for mid and senior level positions is well below market standards.
