Some good employee benefits and efforts toward sustainability.

Cons

There is an extreme lack of growth within the organization and a top-down hierarchical structure. Management is insecure, and if you showcase your talents, you'll be put down. They only like 'yes ma'am' attitudes. There is a lot of bureaucracy and a great number of internal procedures, so if you like taking your own initiatives, good luck with that. The company suffers from a high turnover and struggles with the retention of employees for many reasons. HR is only there for LinkedIn promotions and their personal gains. If you start working here, you will find yourself looking for a new job very soon, especially now that the company has become worse.

Toxic culture. If you’re from a diverse background you’d be sidelined. Leadership would throw you under the bus for their failures. Zero work life balance. HR is only there for LinkedIn promotions and personal gains.
