The hybrid work model is a standout it functions smoothly and brings real benefits in terms of flexibility and productivity. Henkel also stays aligned with global business trends and ensures employees are actively involved in its transformation journey, creating a strong sense of shared growth.

Cons

While the overall experience is excellent, compensation remains an area for improvement. Salaries, especially for long tenured and high performing employees could be more competitive compared to market standards.
