Excellent Employee Benefits Program, Great Global Organization, Well known as Substantiality, Inclusion, Well being initiatives, short and long term Company, Great place to be for long time. People with more than 40 years still working which says a lot about the company.

Cons

Due to the changes and growth, it is difficult for some teams, sometimes to get known by their leads, it is not bad on purpose, it is just the way the business and the organization is developing, so fast that not enough time to share together and see potentials.
