Pros
Talents grow fast and can easily rotate between departments, divisions and countries. Henkel is a good (marketing/ sales) school for graduates.
Cons
The company (culture) does not keep up with digitalization and does not take millennials and their needs seriously. Careers aren't carefully planned and Henkel does not invest much in training their people. The focus has been on EBIT/ cost chase for the past 5 years, and work-life balance isn't good.
