      Good environment. Not too much political. Above average salary. Good work life balance. The office is small so every one knows each other. Feel like a small community

      Cons

      Small scale business compared to others Factory and office based outside HCMC. Hence it takes 2-3hrs to commute every day for work if you live in HCMC

      Unlimited tea and coffee. Left over food after meetings. Uniform to take home. Love the job

      Sometimes leftover food is stale. Management eats a lot pizza so i'm left with the back side

      Pros

      If your dream career path is in Marketing, particularly managing national and global brands then Henkel is one of the best starting points you can find. The level of experience you can gain here is amazing. Also, they have a suite in the Phoenix Arena, where you can get tickets to concerts and sporting events.

      Cons

      Be prepared for many 12-15 hour days working on tasks that have no value add to your business. This is a German company, and they have frequent requests for internal information which takes away from your ability to work on what you need to do to improve your brands position. Also, while there is office politics in every business that you go to, this place is pretty bad. Promotions and other opportunities are provided to those that play the political games, more than your performance on improving your brands top line or bottom line outcome.
