it is a good position. the environment is nice and also the people that work there.

it is a very formal company. the food in the canteen is not very good, the weather is cold. the site smells like adhesives

Very knowledgeable and fun colleagues. Good working atmosphere with other researchers.

Cons

Hierarchical management that is not knowledgeable. No ability to grow within the company. No contact with other divisions within the company. Very limited autonomy, limited freedom, and no clear purpose. Too much middle management that are protecting their own place.
