no work life balance, coasting employees results in minimal work/life balance for everyone else, squeaky wheel gets the oil - you have to constantly brag about yourself bc leadership is too busy to just see talent in lower employees and middle management

Almost no taxes (around 10 euros), so the gross salary is equivalent to the net salary. At the end of the internship, you may have a bonus depending on your efficiency !

Cons

It is not a very high salary, but as told in the previous section, the net salary is almost the same. You also have to pay for the canteen, around 60 euros per month.
