      Cons

      Like any large matrix organization, decision-making can be complex and slow at times, especially across regional and global levels. There’s room to empower local teams more and streamline internal processes to better adapt to fast-changing market dynamics. Internal communication and alignment between functions could also be improved for greater agility.
