I worked at Henkel for 25 years so in reality I saw few Cons. At Henkel you can have a long term relationship that is mutually beneficial but like all things long term there are always ups/downs, changes and challenges.

Cons

It’s a very large company and sometimes you’re treated like a number and not an individual. This situation is not suitable for all individuals.
