Pros

I don't know but if you want to be paid without work or career growth i think it will be a great place for you

Cons

no support from your direct manager in Egypt no alignment from your direct manager, the direct manager do what in his mind without getting back to you and align with you. Overreliance on External Consultants The company prioritizes external consultants’ opinions over internal employees, often disregarding valuable input from in-house staff. Unclear Role Allocation , Hiring decisions are tied mainly to project budgets, which sometimes leads to employees being left without meaningful tasks or a clear vision for their roles. Lack of Career Progression , Promotions are virtually non-existent, largely due to insufficient managerial advocacy and support. Limited Respect for Internal Expertise, Team members frequently overlook internal technical advice, only to adopt similar recommendations when proposed by external consultants.
