      Pros

      Managers are good people who actually care versus the usual cut-throat execs of other large companies. Employees are friendly, intelligent and in it for the long haul. You can pretty much chart your own course and pick what team you want to go to.

      Cons

      Limited health benefits, moderate pay just on the edge of good enough but some great people leave due to salary limitations. While success is applauded it can sometimes take a while to move up a level in your field.

      get to work with fun people. The benefits are great

      Cons

      if you don't pass their tests (which are poorly written and self contradictory) You can forget about getting a raise whether it's a year review or not
