Pros

People are key to this environment, smart individuals who are willing to help. This company has multiple internal growth opportunities. Good atmosphere.

Cons

Low Wages for those hired at the average level. Company can be very political and have drama surrounding management. Everyone is looking out fo themselves and not others.

Pros

Other staff members are great. The location and new building are very good - there are some really nice benefits like a ping-pong table and foosball table. Also, they have provided low price healthy snacks. The work environment is positive and there is not a lot of micro-managing.

Cons

Not much to say, I have enjoyed my time with the company.

Pros

Free sample products from suppliers

Cons

Everything! You are micromanaged with people looking over your shoulder and listening to your calls all day long. Commission structure is set up in a pool which changes every month, and you get a small percentage of that pool. It won't matter if you are a top seller or a bottom seller. Horrible life work balance. If you need time for you family or kids...too bad, you have to really fight for time off.
