      Pros

      Great company. Most people care about what we do and it’s a family atmosphere. We have a lot of strong managers. It’s not like this in many places

      Cons

      Some disconnect with businesses we acquire. They do their own thing and we sometimes compete with each other. Customers recognize this and we have to hear about it. Our d and I needs work. We talk a lot about it but from my area, it sounds like corporate chatter (I am a minority). Most managers don’t actually care about this or it seems forced..
