      A really great job with no prior experience

      Pros

      The benefits alone are amazing! Its affordable, and you get it after 90 days. Hours are really good too, even though they are pretty set they are reasonable. Plus NO WEEKENDS!! The management team is really nice too. They are very friendly, easy to talk to, and they really show that they appreciate their employees.

      Cons

      Around holidays, and later ends of the month work gets slow and some people are sent home because there is no work.

      Great benefits, people are nice, good cafeteria, free breakfast occasionally, community programs to join in on, clean office & parking lot

      Cons

      Worked to the bone, calls are non stop all day, attendance/ tardiness point system, little advancement, favoritism, commission taxed 42%
