      Pros

      Good amount of PTO. Well run design department. The supervisors are understanding. Work load is usually not overly overwhelming. It is nice to work independently.

      Cons

      Pay raises don’t reflect current inflation rates. Some of the extra initiatives and focus groups can be a bit much to add on top of work loads.
