      Pros

      Amazing culture and company values, strong work ethic throughout the company. Clear communication, constantly improving and growing, albeit a little slow but steady.

      Cons

      Pay is really not competitive anymore. Most people are making $15k less than at competitors in the field. Benefits don't balance it out either, as most jobs offer the same benefits now.

      Pros

      Great culture. People care about each other for the most part. Lots of good managers that invest in your growth.

      Cons

      Some inter company teams don’t play well together. Certainly some awkwardness between PCM and marketing among others. Recent reorg amplified this. Being virtual, feel like culture is diminishing a bit.

      Pros

      Culture is historically great. People care about their work and it shows. Company just went through major reorg and made a huge commitment to customer experience and digital transformation which is what makes us special. My hope is to eventually move to that part of the organization. bonus that it’s diverse.

      Cons

      We are losing bits of our culture with being virtual. I don’t think we are adjusting for not being together everyday and worry we won’t be the same in a few years. This is very concerning. Silos exist and we don’t do anything to break them down. I don’t know if this is on purpose.
